In January of 2023, Dr. Lieberman will be changing the style and focus of her practice. The new concierge practice model offers personalized care for a limited number of patients. This care model allows patients to have direct access to the practice both in person and using telemedicine. The program will be limited to a maximum of a few hundred patients instead of the more traditional practice where 1500-2000 patients is the norm.

For an annual fee you will receive:
• Same day or next day visits via video chat, phone call, or in person—your choice!
• Extended office visits with no rush
• Direct access to a physician 24/7
• Coordination of specialty care with personal calls to specialists as indicated
• Home visits when appropriate
• Annual physical including Well Woman exams/pap smears
• Respect for your time and busy schedule

You can still utilize your insurance for labs, imaging, specialty care, and catastrophic care. Each visit or communication will incur no additional charges, nor will your insurance be billed.
